Dr. John Ding

Pediatric Dentist In Tinton Falls, NJ




Dr. John Ding grew up in Monmouth County and received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Rowan University. He then attended Temple Kornberg School of dentistry in Philadelphia, PA and earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine.


After dental school, he later pursued a general practice residency at Monmouth Medical Hospital located in Long Branch and practiced general dentistry for a few years.


Dr. Ding received his pediatric dentistry specialty training from St. Joseph’s University Hospital where he served as chief resident located in Paterson.


He enjoys being a part of the hospital system and is currently an attending physician at Hackensack Mountainside and St Joseph’s hospitals. Dr. Ding is also board certified and a diplomate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Ding is also a very patriotic individual. He is a practicing dentist in the United States Army Reserve Dental Corps and has achieved the rank of Major. He believes it is important not only to serve the community but also his country. He grew up from a strong military background from both sides of his family. By being selected into the United States Army Reserve Dental Corp, he was able to follow in his family’s footsteps to serve this great nation.


In his free time, Dr. Ding enjoys cooking new recipes, traveling, playing racquet sports, exploring new restaurants, watching the New York Rangers and New York Yankees play. He considers himself a big movie buff. He enjoys trying new restaurants and different cuisines.  Dr. Ding is also very fond of collecting Star Wars Lego sets and has an extensive collection.
