Helping children and teens achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Pediatric Cosmetic Dentistry for Kids and Teens
Pediatric cosmetic dentistry focuses on improving the appearance of growing smiles while preserving healthy teeth and supporting long-term oral health. Whether your child has a chipped tooth, discoloration, developmental enamel defects, or cosmetic concerns following dental trauma, our pediatric dentist provides personalized treatment recommendations based on their age, oral development, and smile goals.
Every cosmetic treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We carefully assess your child's teeth, bite, and overall oral health before recommending conservative treatment options that enhance smile aesthetics while maintaining healthy tooth structure. Our goal is to help children, teens, and young adults feel confident in their smiles with natural-looking, age-appropriate results.

Cosmetic Treatment Options
Every smile is unique, and the right cosmetic treatment depends on your child's age, oral health, and specific concerns. Whether addressing chipped teeth, tooth discoloration, or other aesthetic concerns affecting permanent teeth, our pediatric dentist will recommend conservative, age-appropriate treatments designed to enhance your child's smile while preserving healthy tooth structure. Below are some of the cosmetic treatment options we offer for children, teens, and young adults.
Pola Teeth Whitening and Take-home Kits
Professional teeth whitening may be recommended for older teens and young adults with healthy permanent teeth and appropriate oral health. If your teen has stained or discolored permanent teeth, our pediatric dentist will first determine the cause of the discoloration and discuss whether whitening is the most suitable treatment option.
We offer Pola take-home whitening kits with custom-made trays designed for a comfortable fit and even whitening. Treatment may begin with an in-office LED whitening session followed by take-home trays to help brighten your teen's smile safely and gradually. Before treatment begins, we'll discuss realistic expectations, possible temporary sensitivity, and whether professional whitening is appropriate based on your teen's age and dental development.
Dental Bonding
Dental bonding is a conservative cosmetic treatment that restores the appearance of chipped, cracked, worn, or slightly misshapen teeth using tooth-colored composite resin. Bonding blends naturally with surrounding teeth and is often recommended for repairing chipped front teeth, improving smile aesthetics, or restoring teeth following minor dental trauma.
Depending on your child's needs, bonding may also be used to close small gaps, reshape teeth, or improve the appearance of teeth affected by developmental enamel defects. Because the procedure requires minimal alteration to the natural tooth, it is often an excellent cosmetic option for children and teenagers when appropriate.
Personalized Cosmetic Care for Growing Smiles
Every smile develops differently, which is why we create personalized treatment plans for every patient. During your consultation, our pediatric dentist evaluates your child's oral health, tooth development, and cosmetic concerns before recommending the most appropriate treatment options. When restorative care is needed, tooth-colored fillings or white dental crowns may also be recommended to restore both function and appearance while maintaining a natural-looking smile.
Our philosophy is to provide conservative cosmetic dentistry whenever possible, helping children, teens, and young adults achieve healthy, confident smiles that continue to support their oral health as they grow.
